  • Do you take returns or exchanges?

    Reach out via email within 4 days of receiving the item and we will assist in processing an exchange. Items may only be exchanged from smoke free homes and in unwashed/unworn condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Preorder items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Why do you no longer offer local pick up?

    After offering local pick up for the last 9 years, we had some incidents that made us aware this is no longer in the best interest of our family. I am luckily enough to work from home and the safety of my family is my top priority! I appreciate the continued support through this transition.

  • What if an item I want is out of stock?

    Never hesitate to shoot us over an email! Most items can be made to order if out of stock.
