Return Policy
*Due to Covid-19, we are unable to take any returns at this time (absolutely zero exceptions, unless there is an error on our part).

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges of products that arrive damaged, defective or due to an error on our part. We do not accept returns due to customer input error (ie- customer spells name wrong on item, wrong size or style ordered). Please note: the items shown in the photo are only shown as an example of the design, not shirt style. Due to the custom nature of our products, it is up to you to input the style / shirt color / design color you would like. If the photos shows a flowy tank, and you order a unisex t-shirt, please realize that you WILL be receiving a unisex t-shirt as requested (not the flowy tank in the photo). If you need to return an item due to our error, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed.

Product Care
In the shipping process, shirts may become wrinkled. Turn the shirt inside out and iron with a cool iron.  To launder, turn inside out and wash with like colors, then dry on delicate/low heat to prevent shrinking from occuring. Never place a hot iron directly on the shirt design or lettering.

Shipping & Turnaround Time
Current turnaround time: 2 - 3 weeks (baby orders ship out faster due to the time sensitive nature of the items). We have a 3 week max turnaround time from when the order is placed, to when it ships to the customer.  Please allow up to 24 business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All orders over $300 will be seperately invoiced for shipping once order is weighed and completed.

We try our hardest to meet your requested deadlines & we often pay extra for items to be priority shipped if we are running behind, but we do not guarantee your items to arrive on time for a specific deadline or date if ordered within 3 weeks of needing your items. Once the items are shipped, USPS takes over and often there are errors on their end (delays, lost packages, etc.). We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that arrive after a "requested" date. Like I stated, we do try our very hardest but if the order if not placed within our turnaround time.. it is not guarenteed.

Custom Orders
